The SQL to create a table with a CLOB is:

CREATE TABLE LOBTABLE (FIELD1 CHAR(10) NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT,
FIELD2 CLOB NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT)

You can run this with either STRSQL or OpsNav. You have to be V4R4 or
higher to use LOBs.
