To see a user space in another job's QTEMP, run STRSRVJOB on the other job,
and dump:

DMPSYSOBJ  OBJ(spacename)  CONTEXT(QTEMP)  TYPE(19)  SUBTYPE(34)

Notice the help text for DMPSYSOBJ's CONTEXT parameter says:

"If QTEMP is specified, the objects to dump are in the temporary job
associated with the job that this command is entered from or the job being
serviced as a result of the Start Service Job (STRSRVJOB) command."
