Well, how can it work on v3r2?  I mean, the program is trying to resolve to
an object that does not exist on the system.  I'm surprised that I'm not
getting an exception error.

Anyway, I figured out how to use SST to change programs to a system state.
And now the program works.  The timestamps are changed as requested.  Life
is good.
