Hmmm... what exactly does "activating built in capacity" mean? It's not as
if some switch were thrown to kick in an extra hidden processor or double
the clock speed. Arguably that capacity is already in use by CFINT
(whatever that does), therefore it can be considered a normal part of the
machine as delivered and paid for. TigerTools are simply changing the task
mix thereby justifying their claim of "tuning".
