I dunno, Leif.  I suppose the <WISEASSES> would suggest you were foolish
enough in the first place to put any faith in a MicroSh.t product *not*
to trash your system.  One only has to look at the history. <sigh>

All kidding aside (at least as it concerns you being called foolish),
can anyone really hide behind a twenty-page EULA or TOS if their product
knowingly causes harm and they refuse to fix it in a timely manner.
And, yes, I know, look at Microsoft, but let's say in the case of a
multibillion dollar entity with plenty of lawyer cash to spare, could
not such an entity have a reasonable opportunity to challenge this?
