hi alexei,

If a usrspc ( or any space on the system ) could be of teraspace size than
ibm would have been able to provide the teraspace without any expense, no
addn api's needed, no need for a pgmr to have to chose a storage
model(*SngLvl or *TeraSpace), no added complexity to the ile model.

easier for ibm to implement, easier for the pgmr to use.
