I've tried that in the past but it doesn't have as much impact as if
individual companies complain.  There is a process within IBM (can't recall
the exact name - RLPE or something - Request for Licensed Program
Enhancement.  Maybe one of the IBMers can enlighten us on the best process.
When I was there it worked quite well to send in the appropriate Reader
Reply form since the developers had to respond to them if it wasn't just a
documentation issue.  Not sure if that still applies but it's worth a try.



In parallel you could also try e-mailing Kent Milligan at IBM ("WhoIs"
shows him at kmill@us.ibm.com) Kent is a good guy and he attends a lot of
customer events and feeds information like this back to the Lab.
