Lucky you! You must have much spare time considering such a waste of energy and time.

Why not use the CPYTOIMPF command?

Yes
Which systems call do you want intercept ?

And what do you want to do ?

I would like to intercept all the data mgmt calls ( open and close a dbf, device file. writes, reads to the file, etc )

possible application: "override" a database file to a pc format text file in the ifs. an rpg pgm declares an 80 byte rcd lgth physical file.  when the pgm runs, calls to data mgmt are intercepted and the io is applied to a stream file in the ifs.

vous pensez ceci est possible, particulièrement au niveau 40 de sécurité http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr
au revoir
Steve
