I don't know of any MI-level instruction to do this (if there were one, you
wouldn't have asked !).  It is possible, however to make a program that
will return a space pointer to any given 64-bit address. With such a
program you can follow back the stack frames until we find the one
you want and retrieve the number of parameters (which is stored
in the frame).
