Buck, There is still a MI Functional Reference manual available (though it is not currently provided online) that you can order. The System Entry Point Table (SEPT) is loosely discussed in a few different places. For a brief overview, the sample MI program MISC1 (in the MI Programming chapter of the System API Programming manual), which demonstrates how to use MATCTX, also happens to discuss the SEPT; and for the details of just what is supported via the SEPT (and the appropriate offsets) you can see the QSYSINC include qliept (and its included qliepti) in source file h.
