Hi Jerry,
We made some minor changes to AMR75 to get some additional information on our statements and then used forms software to replace the XA statement with our very own nice looking 8 1/2 x 11 statement that contains our company logo. We used DRV Technologies formflex/spoolflex software to make the changes to the spool file and auto email a statement pdf. Some of the statements are printed and some are auto emailed but it is all automated so I don't have to touch the monthly AR statement process. After the option to run the statements is processed, everything else is kicked off automatically and emailed or printed.

Currently AMR75 produces the month end statements that print on pre-printed forms on the big old printer.

I want to produce our own statements that will print on 8x11 on the laser.

Has anyone else done that process?
Did you modify AMR75 or stop AMR75 and run your own pgm?
