We have the SpoolFlex package here. I think I will need an additional module to parse the data from the spool file.
I do use it for creating PDF's and emailing.
Just seems odd that XA would not have a "standard" statement that is 8x11.
The AMR75 was written in 1990.

As others have suggested a forms software is the way to go.
We purchased Elite 10 years ago and have also all XA forms being printed on laser printers except for packing slip and bill of lading because of the requirement for truck drivers to sign the forms.
After we converted to laser printed statements we slowly started to convert our customer to email sent statements which has been a great success as well as emailing invoices has been well received as well.
I would suggest that most forms software can do the job but I would make sure that the software you choose can email as well as this is where the biggest savings will be realized.

Currently AMR75 produces the month end statements that print on pre-printed forms on the big old printer.
I want to produce our own statements that will print on 8x11 on the laser.
Has anyone else done that process?
Did you modify AMR75 or stop AMR75 and run your own pgm?
