That's a good thing! You don't WANT any uncontrolled floor stock in a bulk store location. Frequently, ST01 is overlooked by cycle counters printing location and contents reports, since at a lot of companies, ST01 is "somewhere out there in the production area" and quite difficult to track. (There are ways to do it, but we didn't...) One of our biggest challenges for cycle counters was verifying controlled floor stock on jobs where there was too much time between consumption and processing the RM transaction. We had a process, but it was too convoluted to suit me.
