Bryan,
I would contact the affiliate you want to change to, and have them run with
the ball. They should know how to handle it, and they will be involved
quickly anyway.

We need to consider changing our MAPICS affiliate to another one. How is
this done? I can't get answers from ours in a timely manner. Takes weeks
of repeated call and emails for a response sometimes. To top it off, our
affiliate is also our IBM business partner. Has anyone done this before?
Our current affiliate is local, but does that even matter nowadays?
