The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We need to consider changing our MAPICS affiliate to another one. How is this done? I can't get answers from ours in a timely manner. Takes weeks of repeated call and emails for a response sometimes. To top it off, our affiliate is also our IBM business partner. Has anyone done this before? Our current affiliate is local, but does that even matter nowadays?
