Jeanne, Beg, grovel, whatever. You need to get ROBOT if you want to automate an awful lot of MAPICS jobs. I wish Infor could put the resources into letting us just load request files or LDA or whatever and run everything out of job scheduler, but they haven't yet, and I doubt they will. I think Phil only gets so much resources! There's been a number of things we've bought over time that paid for themselves MANY times over (our Unifier fax server, LaserVault for optical storage of reports and such, and more), but ROBOT is an absolute essential for us. My night shift operator retired about 10 years ago, and we bought ROBOT to replace her. It couldn't do everything she did, but it sure made it possible to keep things going! It's a great package. Infor has no plans to be able to schedule CRP from the Job Scheduler. We will need to perform the Work Load Extract and Schedule and Accumulate Work Load from the scheduler. We do not have ROBOT. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
