Has anyone had to do a extract of payroll & tax code information for ADP?

Apparently we have to combine our reporting with another facility for tax 
purposes
related to our acquisition.

I can see where I need to draw on several files to pull this together, 
perhaps
someone has already done so and would like to share?

Some of the data required:
Medicare
FUTA
Social Security
Group Term Life
3PSP (what is that?!?!)
SUI
State Income
Workman's Comp

Any insight would be appreciated....james
