We are using EPDM. Is there a way to use Offline to update with it? ITMRVB0# does not have a current cost field. Thanks for all of the responses. I thought that I was on the right track, but just wasted several hours...I was only able to update 'Current material this level' Lloyd H. Degnon I.S. I have a template in Excel in which we have all the new costs, then this is loaded into the offline file IMDSKTB via a utility (XL400 from Symtrax, basically an extraction tool, but it can be used to send data to the 400 from Excel at the click of a button!). We then use standard PDM offline load, in change mode, to update all the costs. Typically we update the current costs near the year end, do cost comparisons between current and standard, and an inventory valuation comparison, then when all is OK roll current to standard. The idea being have all of the required Costs in something like an Excel Spreadsheet and be able to upload it into MAPICS. Thanks, Lloyd H. Degnon I.S.
