Sorry for the delayed response, but we have a similar situation where once
a quarter we have hundreds and hundreds of costs that need changed.  We
wrote a simple green screen app that lets the user type in the part# and
new cost only.  Then there is an audit report that can be run over the work
file for verification (if desired, they quit after a couple quarters), then
a batch update that loads all the costs using the CAS Offline File load
processes.
