Hello All! We are running XA R6, PTF 7412

I've been seeing this phenomenon for over 6 months, at first I thought it
was a data collection
problem, but now I'm convinced it's a MAPICS problem.

At least once a day we have a MOVE transaction that does NOT open the
transaction (MOROUT file, OPSTC field). So of course the employee tries
the
MOVE a 2nd or 3rd time to no avail. A supervisor usually performs a
'green screen'
transaction to resolve the problem. At some point 'all' the MOVES are
'recognized'
and then the MOROUT record has its Move In (QTMVI) quantity double,
tripled, etc.

I can't seem to find the source of the problem. I'm always looking
backward,
never able to investigate during the problem stage. They always tell me
next day! - Or it shows up in my error report.

I didn't see any jog log errors.
I didn't see anything wrong or different about the transactions
themselves.
There are no edit problems.

We are not having any issues with our data collection software - Highjump.

I would appreciate any tips before I begin to work with INFOR for this
needle in a haystack! And yes, I searched both websites for clues.

Thanks in advance!
