One thing I see in my programs is that I had a problem of all the records
getting written.  There was a discussion on this just a week or so ago about
using UF A.  My programs are using O for the offship files and I had to
close the files and use *INLR=*ON to get all the records written before
calling the offship program.  I even tried FRCRATIO on the OVRDBF for SLDATA
but have commented that out.
