We also developed a large number of our own inquiry programs, to save on
licensing.   I have a lot of inquiry only users, especially after we
implemented data collection that dumps data in through PM&C from an
external source - those also do not use a license.

Plus Offline Shipping Enhancement and heavy usage of COM_Net reduced the
number of users that actually have to be on MAPICS.  I can't afford the $5k
per user (I had the same price as Joe Perrault).
