Thanx to all who responded to my question!! There were a couple of places that we have the phone number that I did not know about. If anyone needs to know, because you don't change these too often, here is a list of the places I have found that have phone numbers: 1) Key in the command WRKCNTINF 2) Take option 2 (Work with local service information) to see your local information 3) Take option 6 (Work with service providers) to change IBM's (*IBMSRV) information 4) Key in CALL QESPHONE to change IBM's phone numbers (these are stored in a Data Area). 5) Key in WRKCTLD 6) I found that these Controllers have phone numbers attached to them (CN0196BSC, CN0496BSC and Q1PCTL). We use CN016BSC and CN0496BSC for EDI. I don't have a clue what Q1PCTL is used for! 7) Controller QESCTL has the phone number for IBM Also, I had to prefix my phone numbers with 'SST9:' on a couple of these. Hope this helps anyone else, and thanx again. Nick Nick Radich Sr. Programmer/Analyst EPC Molding, Inc.
