Offline Shipping Issue

Good afternoon.

We are using MAPICS Offline Shipping at Release 5.    We had a situation where 
the "SA" transaction was created in inventory management, the shipment header 
was created but no shipment detail records were created, and a zero dollar 
invoice was created.    All the files were populated correctly.    

Has anyone run across this before?   Does anyone have any suggestions on how to 
go about correcting this?
