  I believe when you select the print option you can include a 'std msg' to
  print on all selected pos.

    If you are printing your forms on laser printers, you can use the
    CreateForms software to map across the spool file, add your own
    comments, headings, logos, etc. and print on any laser printer.  We use
    it for most of our forms.
