"If you are printing your forms on laser printers, you can use the CreateForms software to map across the spool file, add your own comments, headings, logos, etc. and print on any laser printer. We use it for most of our forms." We do not have a "form" software that can help us in the way you are proposing and we do not have this planned at least short term.
