RE: *PERMANENT* Purchase Order Comments

One of the easiest things to do with forms software is to insert
"boilerplate" text.  When it is part of the form design and not the printed
report, it will always be there.  

Contact me off-line if you would like information about our forms product
JacanaForms.  By starting from a template over the Mapics PO, you can easily
add the standard message, and insert your company's terms and conditions.
With a duplex printer, we can even print on the backside of the page, just
like the typical pre-printed stock.  Which is replaced by plain copy paper
saving the costs of the printing those special forms, not to mention lining
it up and operator's intervention.

If you use some sort of "form" software, then you could also handle it that
way.  Some of my customers have the software printing all the legal stuff on
the docs.  There is no reason it could not handle standard comments...
