I had a look at the files, and both of the 'CST' files were empty, both in the version 6 environment and the version 7 environment. The DFNAGR was populated in both. After conversion is run CSTDSC and DFNDSC will have [CNV/ERR] appended. If the files are empty, after migration, the workaround is to CPYF *REPLACE from the files in R6 and rerun the conversion in section 7 of SH14413.
