Here are the exact steps I took from my conversion plan: "Follow the Following steps to Convert the client custom definitions: * Check the file AMFLIBT/DFNDSCCNV to see if it has any records (probably doesn't) * Rename AMFLIBT/DFNDSCCNV to AMFLIBT/DFNDSC * Do CPYF FROMFILE(AMFLIB/DFNDSC) TOFILE(AMFLIBT/DFNDSC) MBROPT(*REPLACE) * Do CPYF FROMFILE(AMFLIB/DFNAGR) TOFILE(AMFLIBT/DFNAGR) MBROPT(*REPLACE) * Do CLTCNV OPTIONC(*RECONVERT) OPTIONT(*CDS) CONFIRM(*YES) Start the MAPICS Java uJob to convert custom definitions and verify custom definitions were converted. (see next step before starting)" AMFLIBT was the version 7 environment. I had a look at the files, and both of the 'CST' files were empty, both in the version 6 environment and the version 7 environment. The DFNAGR was populated in both. The DFNDSC did not exist in the version 7 environment, so I copied it over and tried the Conversion again. Still nothing... I am SOOO close to 7... Lloyd H. Degnon I.S. After conversion is run CSTDSC and DFNDSC will have [CNV/ERR] appended. If the files are empty, after migration, the workaround is to CPYF *REPLACE from the files in R6 and rerun the conversion in section 7 of SH14413. Says that it has completed, but get nothing. Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it? Thanks, Lloyd H. Degnon I.S.
