Good morning. We have a home-grown complaint / returned goods program that is used in conjunction with MAPICS and was written over 10 years. Management feels the system and process needs to change. Part of our process review we are trying to determine what others are using in conjunction with MAPICS to handle complaints and returned goods authorization.
