We have the product, it's still green screen.  :(

We found it useful as it eliminated a lot of redundant keystrokes and
made finding items where the received paper work descriptions did
not match what was on the PO - typical drop-shipped items from
distributors (Ingram-Micro, Tech-Data, Grainger, etc.)

I think the product is useful & stable, just not exactly glamorous in 
everyone's
eyes - including Midrange - imho.

We purchased the PQR software from Midrange Software about 1 year ago.
We just recently paid the maintenance for the first year on the software
even though we never fully implemented this software. The software was
really quite functional and included the posting to history and the
handling of shortages that we were looking for, even after purchasing
the Materials Management application. Here is the contact that I used to
contact Midrange Software : Joseph Varda [jvarda@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx].
We also purchased the source code as we have a heavily modified
environment that we were attempting to adapt it to.

I am looking for an improved way to receive goods against Purchase
Orders.



I contacted my Mapics Affiliate and Mapics and it was suggested that I
purchase the Mapics Material Management Application.



I seem to recall that there was a Mapics Affiliate who developed an add
on module for receiving goods against a purchase order quickly and if I
am not mistaken it was called Quick Receiver from Midrange.



Does this software still exist, has anyone recently purchased this
software, is it still supported etc....



Does anyone know of other alternatives?



Any help would be appreciated.



PS. I did send an email to Midrange 3 days ago and have not received any
response.
