Thanks everyone for responding,  It seems that my issues just fell off of 
the radar screen.  I am glad that we don't seem to need to worry about the 
always excellent support that MAPICS has been given in the past, I will 
just chalk this up to 'Bad Luck'...

Has anyone else fallen victim to MAPICS support of late?  I had not needed 

to use them for a couple of months now, (thanks to the wonderful members 
of this list!) but submitted a couple of items last week and have not got 
any response back yet!  I checked on the web, and they are still sitting 
out there, are we in deep doodoo here???
