Thanks for responding Steve. The level check appears to be on the Printer Definition file, WCRMPQ01. When I change it's attributes to not perform a level check, I get a printout, but get errors afterward. Lloyd H. Degnon I.S. I know that this is kinda off subject, but here goes, Anyone out there using WcFields by Midrange Software? I have had a problem since Friday that I cannot figure out. When I attempt to print an RMA, I get the dreaded CPF4131 Level Check error, even though nothing has changed. I even reinstalled the Software last night!!! All I had been backing up is the data directory, shame on me... The tech support on this product has been no help so far... Lloyd H. Degnon I.S.
