Kevin, The customer is using LogPro and for some reason the interface between MAPICS and LogPro is putting the PickList number in that field. As Michael pointed out, most of the shipping companies link the tracking numbers but I like to show the number of parcels with their appropriate tracking numbers. That's why I put it as comments. Plus, the pro number does not print on the standard invoice.
