I have written programs at several customers to update UPS data into MAPICS. In my experience, you do not want to update MBDHREP. You do want to update MBKJREP (Consolidated Shipment) - even if you are shipping one order per shipment. This file contains the shipment weight, pro bill number, lading quantity, etc. Most customers want the UPS charge added as a shipment special charge. The Tracking numbers are usually added as the special charge description or as special charge comments. Adding a special charge to an existing order can be done using the MAPICS Offline Shipping function. -- Regards, Penny Lancor -------------- Original message -------------- > After last years conference we added the user exit to fill a file with > Ship-To information for UPS World Ship.
