We do everything cheap. We schedule the queries or reports to run auto,
then use Microsoft Access to put to excel format and email. The Access part
is done with Macros in Access, Import the new file/ then open query/ then
email. Push of a button! This works with Microsoft Exchange. We already
had all these products. Did not buy anything.

Subject: MAPICS Reports to email

Is anyone out there using anything to automatically run reports on a
scheduled basis and export them into Excel Format and email them? I am
looking at SpoolIT, but it seems like it is quite cumbersome to set up. I
also don't like the fact that I have to have the application, SpoolIT
server, and SpoolIT Scheduler running on my P.C. Also, it seems kind of
temperamental. I am sure that there are other products that can do this,
any ideas?
