There is a product called spoolflex, it converts spool files to html,
.pdf and excel. It also allows to set up a distribution list for
automatic distribution of spool files.

version of their product. Several of our customers use it and are very
pleased with the performance as well as their support.

Is anyone out there using anything to automatically run reports on a 

scheduled basis and export them into Excel Format and email them? I am 

looking at SpoolIT, but it seems like it is quite cumbersome to set up.
I 

also don't like the fact that I have to have the application, SpoolIT 

server, and SpoolIT Scheduler running on my P.C.  Also, it seems kind of


temperamental.  I am sure that there are other products that can do
this,
