We reorganize on a weekend once a month and it takes roughly an hour (not much in the grand scheme of things). I have even added custom files to the REORGC file so it can handle those files, too. I was told once that one issue of doing that would be on a upgrade but since my customer is at R6 already, there is no issue there... It works like a charm...
