I am not sure you would not want to run the MAPICS reorg since it can be
scheduled (unless you are 24/7).  I have even added custom files to the
REORGC file so it can handle those files, too.   I was told once that one
issue of doing that would be on a upgrade but since my customer is at R6
already, there is no issue there...

It works like a charm...
