Weston, If you go to CAS (Cross Apps) menu option #7 extended env support...  
then option 1 to create a new env.. 
Will ask you for 2 character id of test env (ex "YY") and Env you are coping 
("MM")..
 
Requires a dedicated env that is being copied from.
