Go to menu AMZM70, OPTION 1.  If you want a completely separate program lib
(to test cumulatives, upgrade XA levels, etc.) use environment designator
like "KK" if your regular environment is "MM".  The menu option will create
a program lib named AMALIBK and a files lib named AMFLIBK and a temp lib
named AMTLIBK, etc.
