To reverse the transaction you will need to maintain the material record in the MO. The system will create an adjusting IX transaction. Look at the MAPICS support web site at solution 15.0.652705.2232810. -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of aldg3@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, April 15, 2004 3:08 PM To: MAPICS ERP System Discussion Subject: Re: Negative IX Inventory Transactions Hi Gary Sutton: Thanks for your reply. > "...then remove the floor stock code from the item." ....and then do what? I'm trying to reverse an incorrect IX Inventory Transaction on an Item Number (related to a specific MO) whose FLSTK code setting is "U" for Uncontrolled Floor Stock. (The Item is to remain an uncontrolled floor stock.) The negative IX transaction will correct quantity of the issue of the rivet to the MO and have no affect on the current On Hand Quantity of the rivet itself. I look forward to your followup comments.
