Did that sound scripted, or what!!!! I wouldn't call paying 45 to 30 days earlier, settling a debt. It's no different than a daily phone call enquiring about a bill, and that my friends is harassment. MAPICS has really cleaned up their collections department, those types of people are gone, it's high time this little notice practice went the same route! This was thought to be an incentive to get the customer to buy more or settle up their debt with MAPICS. Yes it is annoying, but if you want it to go away, pay (at least that is the perception).
