We have developed unattended calls for both "Quantity Audits".  Typically 
we call them from the AS/400
job scheduler nightly to avoid job conflicts. If anyone is interested in

If the values look out of whack they could be.  MAPICS has an audit for
this.  Go to Inventory Management / File Maintenance / On-Order Quantity
Audit.  The audit recalculates the correct on order quantity, updates the
field and prints a before and after report.  We do this weekly and have
noticed a few corrections.  We also run "Allocation Quantity Audit" from 
the
same menu immediately after the "On-Order Quantity Audit".
