Offship assistance please

MAPICS list,

We are using the MAPICS offship program ABAWXFR after populating the offship
files.  This is working great.  It runs during a user exit after select pick
lists using the Stock Pick option in MAPICS green screen.  The question I
have is why when I select stock pick the order picks/ships and invoices, but
when one of the other users selects it, only the pack/ship (SA) happens, but
no invoice.  The invoice runs later when the invoicing clerk takes the menu
option, so we think it is a security check during the batch job (ABAWXFR)
Don't know if it is security in COM or IFM as invoicing is on the fine line
between.

Any thoughts?
