Outside Operation cost / pieces doubled on MO

(Re: MAPICS XA, Rel. 5)

I'm trying to track why some (not all) of our MO have double cost and pieces
for an OUTSIDE OPERATION.  In tracing one MO, I notice it is properly coded
and the Accounts Payable does pass the proper cost and pieces to the MO.

BUT, I also notice a LABOR transaction charged against the same oepration
with a badge no. and ON/OFF transaction.

Would MAPICS allow both transactions?  Does the AP complete or close the
operation?  I assume AP would not allow two transactions (when the total
would be twice the quantity on the MO)?
