Bonnie, I was the BA for MAPICS from 1998 through January of 2002 for COM. Prior to being the BA at MAPICS, I was a customer using all the main core applications since 1979. I have a writeup on why you should NEVER change the default address in the ship to file, but I am currently at work. Give me a chance to look up the detailed research that I did on this subject and I'll try to get back to you in the next 2 days here on this board. Yes, there are ways to change the default by cheating, but don't do it as there is an impact, if I remember correctly. I haven't been working on an AS/400 MAPICS environment for the past year or I would have the information with me. Thanks for your patience and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
