Hello Bonnie, I was intrigued by your response, and went to www.parasolutions.com, but did not see anything like you described. Wrong URL? Thanks, To Michael, I wrote a IWP report that tracks vendor performance in much the same way you describe, If you are interested in looking at it, just let me know. It should be very easy to apply the same logic to a sales order report. Lloyd H. Degnon I.S. We compare the quantity released Vs quantity shipped, latest promise date adjusted for shipping lead time to determine on time, or number of days early or late, etc. We are working on the 'service level' computation to bring in some information from our custom quality control system. Our biggest problem is the way some of our customer service reps handle the release from blanket orders. Or gettting them to adjust the latest promise if requested by customer to do so. Paras Solutions (www.parasolutions.com) has an On-Time Performance Improvement System (OTIS). We don't use that package but we are happy with their Supplier Performance Evaluation System.
