NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Andrew Fastow, the former chief financial officer of Enron, was charged Thursday in a new indictment accusing him of fraud, insider trading and falsification of accounting records, according to federal prosecutors who for the first time linked Fastow's wife and seven other former executives to the collapse of the scandal-tarred energy trader.
