RE: MAPICS EC - Problems with segment 850 / EC not calling PostProcessing User Exit

We have had to "back level" a few programs from time to time.  Sometimes a
fix breaks something and we apply a lesser PTF until MAPICS get it fixed
(yet another SHxxxxx number)

 p.s. to "back level" you have to go to AMZM35 option 9, but the next step
after that is WRKOBJPDM TEST, then place an 11 beside the program and move
it to your MAPICS program library.  You should still have a dedicated
environment or have everyone sign off and back on, thend "U" jobs, etc.

This is at MAPICS Rel 6 PTF 4140.  We have the symptoms perfectly described
in
PTF SH61426:  "When sending a Purchase Order, 850, EC is not calling the
Post
Processing User Exit ".

My question is that this solutions is for a PTF level that is lower that the
actual one.  I can't apply this.   Does anybody has any advise?
